Born and raised in Biloxi, Ms. I learned how to cook from my mother and grandmother. Spent years in the food industry and learned Southern Home Cooking and Cajun recipes. In 2005, I moved to Arizona. In 2012, I made my first batch of jalapeno sauce. I was just not satisfied with the quality and flavor of the green sauces that were available, either on the shelf at the grocery store or the tables at local Mexican restaurants.
In early 2016, Marco and I partnered together to bring a wide array of amazing sauces to Arizona.
